PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which keeps an adhesive layer and polyolefin resin layers at least overlying a substrate sheet, and the adhesion between the adhesive layer and the polyolefin resin layer high. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet, a decorative layer, the adhesive layer, and at least two polyolefin resin layers overlie in turn.
