PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector and its housing capable of solving problems of easily happening damages at the time of incorporating of a light-emitting element, and capable of reducing waste in production by changing broken light-emitting elements as needed. SOLUTION: The housing 11 of a connector used for mounting at least one light-emitting element 22 includes at least one slot 13 housed in the light-emitting element 22, a plurality of engaging factors 2321a, 2321b fitted at the slot 13, and at least one stopper 211 fitted on a side with the slot 13 opened. The engaging factors 2321a, 2321b are in contact with the light-emitting element 22 respectively, and the stopper 211 is in contact with the engaging factors 2321a, 2321b and the light-emitting element 22.
