<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building information processing system and a building information processing method for improving quality. <P>SOLUTION: This building information processing system 1 has an input means 2 composed of a keyboard and a mouse, a processing means 3 composed of a CPU, a storage means 4 storing various data and programs, and an output means 5 composed of a monitor and a printer. The processing means 3 is provided with a technological information processing part 3a processing technological information composed of a technical template group, a drawing processing part 3b processing drawing information composed of an attribute of a construction part, and a construction management information processing part 3c processing construction management information including a dealer DB (database), a subcontract DB and a process DB.
