PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which the restriction of layout is reduced when a skip floor is constructed. SOLUTION: This unit building comprises: first building units 31A, 31B having skeletons each formed of columns, ceiling beams one of which is partly broken, and floor beams and having intermediate floors 30 at the intermediate positions of the columns; second building units 32A, 32B disposed on the first building units 31A, 31B, respectively, having skeletons each formed of columns, ceiling beams one of which is partly broken, and floor beams one of which is partly broken, and having intermediate floors 30 at the intermediate positions of the columns; and standard lower story building unit 5 and upper story building unit 7 disposed adjacent to the first building units 31A, 31B and the second building units 32A, 32B in the horizontal direction, having generally rectangular parallelepiped skeletons, respectively, and having no intermediate floors at the intermediate positions of the columns.
