<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote interpretation system that can be easily used by a customer by allowing the customer to receive interpretation wherever the customer is without limiting the customer's location and allowing the customer to use the system 24 hours without limiting using time. <P>SOLUTION: The remote interpretation system 1 for interpreting different languages through a communication line 30 comprises a customer communication terminal 10, a management center 20 and an interpreter communication terminal 20d, wherein processing by the management center 20 comprises processing for managing a customer management code; processing for registering an interpreter 20e; customer authentication processing; interpreter extraction processing; communication terminal connection processing; and use state management processing of a customer 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
