PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting deterioration of a concrete structure, capable of detecting the deterioration of the concrete structure constructed. SOLUTION: A weight 8 is dropped from a predetermined height to the upper concrete 2 of a pier constructed; vibration data at a surrounding point Snx apart from a drop point Pcx that is generated by the dropping of the weight 8 is measured by a vibration sensor 12 and measurement Fourier spectrum is calculated; vibration data at a surrounding point S1 apart from a drop point Pc that is generated by the dropping of the weight 8 by previously dropping the weight 8 from a predetermined height to the upper concrete 2 in a region where the concrete of the upper concrete region 2 is sound is measured by the vibration sensor 12 and reference Fourier spectrum is calculated from this vibration data from the comparison of the measurement Fourier spectrum with the reference Fourier spectrum, the degree of the deterioration of the upper concrete 2 is determined.
