A WDM-PON system using self-injection locking, and a central base station and a data transmission method used in the same are provided to enable stable communication by collectively controlling wavelengths which optical signals of each channel for downlink channels have through the temperature control of a multiplexer. A WDM-PON system(10) comprises a central base station(100), including an optical transceiver, a multiplexer(120) and a reflector, and a local base station(200) including an inverse multiplexer(210). The central base station and local base station are connected through a feeder fiber. The optical communication system comprises the reflector at an input side of the multiplexer. The central base station provides a downlink channel optical signal to the inverse multiplexer within the local base station, and receives a uplink channel optical signal from the inverse multiplexer.
