<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect highly accurately the magnitude of deflection synchronized with rotation of a rotor part of a fluid dynamic pressure bearing. <P>SOLUTION: Gas is fed to generated a gas flow from a lower side opening of a bearing hole of a sleeve 6 toward the outside of an upper wall part 12a of a rotor hub 12 via a radial aperture 50 and an upper side opening of the bearing hole, to thereby float the rotor part 10.
