<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable power to an electric power system while operating efficiently a load (or a power storage device or a generator) attached to the wind generator. <P>SOLUTION: A wind generator 2, which is driven by a windmill 1, a load 5 connected to this, a multi-split type chopper 4 for separating two or more loads into two or more blocks and performing split control for every block, and a controller 6 for feeding a stabilized portion of the power generator to an electric power system 7 and a variation portion to the load are provided. A load control unit 10 determines an injection number of blocks of loads based on the wind velocity and the number of power generator revolutions and controls the load multi-split type chopper 4. A generator controller 20 compensates the rotation speed at the maximum efficiency operation point calculated from the maximum wind velocity based on the compensation value calculated by a speed adjustment unit 21 so that an effective power command value of the wind generator is calculated through a filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
