<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally construct a system for instantly determining a communication terminal connecting to an information file. <P>SOLUTION: When a connection is made from a management server to a file server, terminal identification information of a communication terminal connecting to the information file in the file server via a communication network, and a file name of the information file, to which the communication terminal connects, are acquired from an operation log and the like. Then, a link display screen 60 is displayed on a monitor on the management server side.
