PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inner tray from falling in a closing direction by its own weight or the weight of a storage article when a console door is opened together with the inner tray and a storage part of the box body is used, with a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: The console box in the form that the console door 12 is openably/closably assembled relative to the box body 10 and the inner tray 18 is provided at an inner side of the console door is provided with a lock striker capable of performing locking or unlocking operation of the console door 12 and the inner tray 18; and an auxiliary lock member 24 for retaining the console door and the inner tray in the locked state in such a state that a storage part 10a of the box body 10 can be used.
