PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously solve problems: in a fishing sinker attached with a solid sinker on each top end of spring material arms expanding in three directions, to find a means for attaching the solid sinker to the top end of each of three arms after bundling the arms, and to find a means for bringing the solid sinker to be exchangeable, though the solid sinker can not be exchanged when the solid sinker is attached by casting or adhering. SOLUTION: The fishing sinker is prepared by previously fixing the three spring material arms in a bundle, subsequently passing a V-shaped top of each arm by making use of its elastic properties through from a smaller size hole having an arbitrary shape on the inlet side of the solid sinker to a through hole having a stepwise larger size in the middle of the hole to open the V-shaped top for preventing leaving of the arm and the solid sinker is fixed by bending the arm in a dog leg shape above the sinker.
