PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing tackle which can be manufactured in reduced processes, can surely fix a flexible member to the tackle body member and can prevent formation of a space between them, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The reel seat has a recessed portion 42 formed on at least one portion on the outer peripheral surface of a reel seat body 12 placed in a grip portion, formed a half-finished product by laminating a coating layer 50 to an outer peripheral surface including the recessed portion 42 and a surface portion 46 that surround the recessed portion a flexible member 32 comprising a more flexible material than the reel seat body 12 and formed in the recessed portion of the half-finished product 42, wherein the reel seat body 12 is adhered to the flexible member 32 via the coating layer 50 in the recessed portion 42 to form an integrated structure.
