<p>A hologram device which comprises a light deflector which deflects a reference light beam so that the optical paths of the coherent reference light beam and a coherent signal light beam intersect with each other within a recording medium and records information in the recording medium or reproduces the information, using the optical interference pattern of the reference light beam and the signal light beam as a diffraction grating. The optical deflector has a splitting optical device which generates at least one servo reference light beam whose irradiation angle is different from that of the reference light beam and which emits the servo reference light beam so that the signal light beam intersects with the reference light beam and the servo reference light beam within the recording medium.</p> |
