<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual ignition type ignition coil where interference between primary coils connected to each other in parallel is eliminated and an output in a low-speed region is stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: In the dual ignition type ignition coil, a coil assembly 10 in which a core 18 is inserted into the center space of a pair of coils having primary and secondary coils is stored in a coil case 1, and an insulation resin is filled between respective components. In the ignition coil, two coils are connected to each other in parallel in the primary coil so that one end of each coil is connected to an anode of each corresponding diode 16a, 16b and cathodes of the diodes 16a, 16b are connected to each other. The two secondary coils 27a, 27b are wound in opposite directions with a middle point P as a boundary of the secondary coils, the anode of a diode different from the diode is connected to the middle point P, and the cathode of the diode is connected to the cathode side of the diode connected to the primary coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
