a plurality of pressure chambers;a plurality of partitions each including a piezoelectric material and dividing the plurality of pressure chambers; anda plurality of electrodes formed in the plurality of pressure chambers, respectively, wherein the plurality of partitions each include a first side wall and a second side wall that is positioned on a back surface side of the first side wall, wherein the first side wall includes a first wall surface positioned in an upper portion thereof, the first side wall being positioned so as to be set back from a second wall surface positioned below the first wall surface in a direction of a normal to the first wall surface, wherein a first electrode of the plurality of electrodes is formed on the second wall surface, wherein a second electrode of the plurality of electrodes is formed on the second side wall, and wherein a height of an upper end of the second electrode is larger than a height of an upper end of the first electrode. |
