PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional pull-up machine-cum-cart and an assist tool which allows work relative to an object (an article such as a light or heavy article and furniture, and a block to be pulled up from a disassembled building) to be performed quickly and easily and improved in efficiency of safe and sure work, and realized in reduction of costs. SOLUTION: This multi-functional lift machine-cum-cart and assist tool are structured by integrally forming a cart 2, which is structured of a pull-up part 1 inclined at an acute angle in the tip thereof and a roller 2a formed of a rotary shaft, with an operation rod 3 structured of a bent part 3a and a grip part 3b.
