PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof device capable of allowing the user of a manual wheelchair to be comfortably seated on the wheelchair, and allowing a care giver to easily make the user sit on or stand up. SOLUTION: Each rear wheel 15 attached to the lower part of a vertical frame 14 in the rear part of a body frame is removed by detaching the rear wheel attachment screw 16 of a rear wheel attachment part 6d. An arm A2 is attached to the rear wheel attachment part 6d with the use of an arm attachment screw 3 in response to the arm attachment hole of the arm A2. An arm fixing board is fixed to the vertical frame 14 and to the lower part of the arm A2, and attached to a part between the arm A2 and an arm B6 with the use of an arm connection screw 8. A slide pin 9 is attached to the arm B6 via the pin slide hole 2d. A compression spring 12 is attached to a part between a spring hook pin A10 and a spring hook pin B11, so as to energize the arms A2, B6 in an opening direction with the arm connection screw 8 as a center. The previously removed rear wheel 15 is attached to a rear wheel attachment hole in the rear wheel attachment part 6d of the arm B6 with the use of the rear wheel attachment screw 16.
