PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit excellent hot-press effects by warming and pressing the area "by the bones" such as nerve systems, near the vertebral column or just above the vertebral column, and to provide the treatment by a treating person alone. SOLUTION: A first hot-press part 15, in which two projection parts 16 are juxtaposed, is formed at the distal end of a metal cap body 3. The projection parts are hollow inside to communicate with a body part 17.
