<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition for forming a protective coating in which there are no blemishes such as crack, debonding, and yellowing or the like in a long period of time, and which is excellent in weatherability and to provide a coated article using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The primer composition for a polysiloxane hard coating comprises: a vinyl based polymer (A) in which a hydrolyzable silyl group and/or a SiOH group and an organic ultraviolet light-absorbing group are combined with the side chain; and an organopolysiloxane (B) expressed by the following formula (1), wherein the coefficient of linear expansion of a primer layer formed by stiffening the composition is 150×10<SP>-6</SP>/°C or less. In addition, (R)<SB>a</SB>Si(Y)<SB>b</SB>O<SB>(4-a-b)/2</SB>(1), wherein R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group other than an amino group containing monovalent hydrocarbon group, Y is a hydroxy group, alkoxy group, alkoxy group, acyloxy group, alkenoxy group or isocyanate group; a and b are numbers which satisfy 0<a<2, 0<b<3, 0<a+b<4 respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
