PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment method etc. for an inkjet head, which enable the proper alignment of the plurality of inkjet heads, even if nozzle arrays are uneven. SOLUTION: This alignment method for the inkjet head, which is used for aligning a prealigned target head with a reference head aligned with a carriage plate, comprises: an all-nozzle-positions measuring step of measuring positions of all nozzles of the reference head and the target head; a coordinate generating step of generating position coordinate data on all the nozzles of the reference head and the target head, on the basis of measurement results; an approximate line computing step of computing a reference approximate line from the position coordinate data on all the nozzles of the reference head, and of computing a target approximate line from the position coordinate data on all the nozzles of the target head; and an alignment step of aligning the target head with the reference head so that the inclination of the target approximate line can be identical to that of the reference approximate line.
