PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool capable of securely preventing a fan for cooling a brushless motor from rotating idly. SOLUTION: A rotor 33 and the fan 50 are coaxially pressed into a rotary shaft 35, are fixed, and rotate integrally. Through-holes 33a and positioning holes 33b extended in the axial direction from one end face 33A to the other end face 33B are formed and arranged at an equal distance in the circumferential direction in the rotor 33. A permanent magnet 37 is inserted into the through-hole 33a and is fixed by adhesive 91. The fan 50 has a shaft part 51 which is coaxial with the rotary shaft 35 and has an end face 51A abutting on the other end face 33B and a blade part 52 extended from the shaft part 51. A cut-out part 51a for storing the adhesive 91 pushed out of the through hole 33a when inserting the permanent magnet 37 into the through hole 33a is formed at a position corresponding to the through hole 33a on the end face 51A.
