Disclosed is a control cartridge for a single-lever mixing faucet, comprising a stationary valve seat disk and a movable control disk that is rotatably arranged relative to the vale seat disk. The movable control disk (20) has deflection chambers (12, 13) that are associated with the cold water port (23) and the hot water port (24) of the valve seat disk (22) in order to deflect the partial water flows into a deflection mixing chamber (11) that is formed in the center of the movable control disk (20) and is associated with the water outlet (25) of the valve seat disk (22). A pot-type monolithic plastic noise-reducing insert (10) is inserted into the movable control disk (20). Said insert (10) matches the shape of the deflection chambers (12, 13) in the movable control disk (20), including the paths (15) interconnecting the deflection chambers (12, 13), and is provided with protrusions (17, 18) that are molded onto the insert (10) and extend into the flow paths. The face of the edge (16) of the insert (10) which faces the valve seat disk (22) is recessed by a certain offset (26) relative to the gliding plane (21) of the movable control disk (20) on the valve seat disk (22). |
