PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation hair dye or bleaching agent composition which has good hair-dyeing performance and color fastness of dyed hair or good bleaching performance, even in the case of compounding a polyglucoside having a 6-11C alkyl group. SOLUTION: The oxidation hair dye or bleaching agent composition contains the following components (A) and (B), wherein (A) a polyglucoside expressed by general formula (1) R-O-[G]p-H (R is a 6-11C straight or branched-chain alkyl group or alkenyl group; G is an anhydroglucose unit; and p is a number of 1-5 in terms of number-average value) and (B) a monoglyceryl ether having a 4-22C straight or branched-chain alkyl group or alkenyl group.
