A multi-disc clutch is provided to move the corresponding contact piece so that it depends on the temperature because of the improved setting mode. A multi-disc clutch includes a resetting apparatus(32) for mutually releasing the disc which is adjacent to a plurality of discs(18, 22) interconnecting according to the release distance. The corresponding contact apparatus includes one or more contact units(36) of axial driving clutch parts(24, 42) and one or more contact units of axis direction fixing clutch parts(28, 46'). The driving clutch part can be designed as the drivable piston.
