PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leak of a foamable raw material and to facilitate stitching work and foaming work while enhancing the freedom of design. SOLUTION: A plurality of skin constituting members are stitched to form a skin member H and a foamable raw material injection port 15 is formed at the predetermined position of the slit 14 between the lower front skin member 6 and lower rear skin member 7 of the lower side skin member 5 of the skin member H while an injection nozzle 20 is inserted in the injection port 15 to inject the foamable raw material of a cushioning material 2 to manufacture the headrest. The exposed parts 10 and 11 exposed to the surface sides of a headrest main body 1 and the embedded parts 12 and 13 embedded in the foamed cushioning material 2 in a mutual adhesion state are respectively formed to the lower front skin member 6 and the lower rear skin member 7, and one end edge 18 of an injection port forming embedded fabric 17, to which the injection port 15 is formed by a notch part 16 having a size almost same to that of the injection nozzle 20, is stitched (19) to the end edge facing to the slit 14 of one of the front embedded part 12 of the lower front skin member 6 and the rear embedded part 13 of the lower rear skin member 7, and the injection nozzle 20 inserted from the slit 14 is inserted in the skin member H from the injection port 15 to foam the foamable raw material.
