The arrangement has an excitation electrode (2) connected with a three pole analog switch (7) that connects the electrode with a heating voltage source (5), a measuring voltage source (6) or a measuring potential. A receiving electrode (3) is connected with the analog switch that connects the receiving electrode with a fixed reference potential or a current to voltage converter (8). The current to voltage converter is connected with an analog-digital converter (9) that is connected with a measuring personal computer (PC) over an input/output interface for data acquisition and processing.
