A medical injection rubber stopper is provided to prevent the generation of broken pieces in connection an IV set(Intravenous Infusion set) while sealing IV receptacle, and to secure contact stability of drug by using a polyolefin material. A medical injection rubber stopper comprises polyolefin 5~10 weight% and elastomer 90~95 weight%, and has a hardness 35~40. The polyolefin is a polypropylene and the elastomer is an ethylene propylene rubber. The injection rubber stopper is used by connecting the IV receptacle.
