A heating member fixing apparatus of a ceiling typed air-conditioner is provided to reduce discharge resistance and improving assemble efficiency by arranging a plurality of a heating member in a heat transfer member, and inserting the heating member to the heat transfer member and fixing the heat transfer member to the inside of an outlet of the main body. The heating member fixing apparatus of the ceiling typed air-conditioner comprises a receptacle which is formed according to the axial direction in order to accommodate the heating member having a wire(112) and is fixed in the inside of the outlet of the main body(100); a heat transfer member which is made of metal material; and a bracket member(130) which is connected to the main body and supports the heat transfer member(120).
