A preserving food disposable container is provided to rigidly unite and easily separate a food custody site and a cover by being equipped with a plurality of elastic members. A preserving food disposable container comprises the following features of: a food storing section(1) which is formed with the predetermined depth and shape in order to put in the food of the constant volume; a cover(2) which is formed with the same shape as the food storing section in order to cover the storing section; and a hinge(3) connecting the food storing section and cover. The equation bosom storing section comprises the concavo-convex part(7) protruded in the upside circumference. A plurality of elastic members(8) is formed according to the concavo-convex part. A plurality of perpendicular plates(9) dividing the food storing section into a plurality of domain frames is formed not to mix foods stored inside the food storing section.
