COOLING UNIT, COOLING APPARATUS FOR HEATING ELEMENT AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

An electronic device having a cooling unit, and a cooler for heating element are provided to radiate heat rapidly by minimizing contact and conduct heat resistance. A housing makes an inflow or an outflow of refrigerant. A refrigerant flowing part(120) formed on a surface of a housing having a opened plane surrounds one side of a heating element, and supplies space for flowing the refrigerant. A refrigerant inlet portion(130) is connected to the one side of the housing to be connected in the refrigerant flowing part, and guides the refrigerant flowed in to the refrigerant flowing part. A cooling unit includes the refrigerant outlet part which is connected to the single-side of the housing to be connected in the refrigerant flowing part, and guides the refrigerant flowed out from the refrigerant flowing part.
