<p>The method involves moistening foam flakes (7) with a binding material, and incorporating the moistened flakes in fluid flow into a molded fluid space (4) of a mold (1). A molded hollow space is provided with form walls on all sides, where one of the form walls comprises a ventilation opening (6) for the fluid. The fluid flow can be maintained perpendicular during the filling process of mold. Microwaves that are outside the mold is irradiated in the mold for increasing the temperature of mold. A material comprising dielectric loss factor with 1 mega hertz is used for the form walls. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing a molded part.</p> |
