A high dispersibility carbon nano-structure is provided to have an excellent dispersibility in a polymer matrix, to improve electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties and to manufacture rapidly the carbon nano-structure having excellent property with the high yield. A high dispersibility carbon nano-structure comprises a carbon nano-structure and an epoxy monomer introduced to a surface of the carbon nano-structure. The carbon nano-structure is selected from a group consisting of carbon nanotube, carbon nanofiber, carbon black and hard random coil.
