FIELD: chemistry, electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: gas to be purified of particles is fed to filter work chamber, where gas passes through channels of electron-radiating system placed in the chamber. Particles passing through the channels acquire electric charge and are drawn to separating electrode. Purified gas is removed, separating electrode is shaken by vibratory device to remove particles drawn to the electrode. To clean electric filter, gas flow is restricted in channel adjoining the shaken separating electrode. ^ EFFECT: efficient cleaning of electric filter during its operation, and compact device for filter channel blocking. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
