A method for production of a polymer rod insulator relates to electric engineering and may be used in manufacturing high-voltage apparatus of outer version. The method for production of a polymer rod insulator comprises making an insulating element and an insulation rod, coupling said components by means of , which is deposited to surface of electric insulating rod along full length of it. The insulation rod is placed into press mold. For forming the insulating element, into press mold under pressure it is supplied the said elastomer, than processed for an hour at high temperature. As elastomer it is used silicon rubber. According to the invention silicon rubber is used in the form of a liquid two-component vulcanized silicon rubber based on components A and B in the ratio of 1:1 (mas.p.). Processing liquid two-component silicon rubber is realized in press mold at 90-180 °С for 4-20 min. |
