FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: agent contains the particles of water-absorbing resin making primary component, the particles being produced by the method comprising the stage of polymerization of a water-soluble unsaturated ethylene-series monomer, and the particles featuring an intercrosslinked structure. The agent under consideration features the FCR making at least 0.2 g/g/s, CRS making 5 to 25 g/g, SFC making at least 400x10-7 cm3.s/g and humid-state porosity no less than 20%. In compliance with the invention, the method of producing the aforesaid agent comprises the following stages, i.e. producing a hydro gel from the monomer water solution containing the ethylene-series water-soluble unsaturated monomer and inner intercrosslinking agent at the amount of at least 0.2 mol % relative to the monomer and extruding the produced hydro gel through a perforated structure, the hole diameter varying from 0.3 to 6.4, for hydro gel to be ground. ^ EFFECT: updated method. ^ 12 cl, 7 ex, 4 dwg, 1 tbl |
