A process for predicting the development of the chronic renal disease comprises the conventional clinical and instrumental examinations of the patients diabetic nephropathy and the chronic glomerulonephritis, the biochemical examination of blood and urine, and the assessment of the renal function by the rate of the glomerular filtration. When the rate of the glomerular filtration equals or exceeds 90 mL/min, the biochemical parameters of the blood serum are further analyzed, namely those parameters, which characterize apoptogenic and vasoconstrictor changes in the kidneys. The activities of non-tripsin proteinase, tonin, calpains and α-2-macroglobulin are assayed. |
