FIELD: medicine, haematology. ^ SUBSTANCE: multimodality therapy is applied including individually prescribed low-calorie diet and introduction of medical products: Rilmenidine dosed 2 mg once in the morning; Pravastatinum dosed 20 mg once at bedtime and Metformin dosed 500 mg twice a day.
