FIELD: electric equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: electrolytic condenser contains negative electrode made of carbon material, positive electrode, active material of which contains nickel hydroxide, their terminals, ion-conducting separator and electrolyte in the form of aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide, or sodium hydroxide, or their mixture, in which additionally lithium hydroxide additive is introduced with concentration of 0.1-2.0N, or non-organic compound of aluminium with concentration in the range of 0.1-1.2 N, or non-organic silica compound with concentration in the range of 0.01-1.0 N, or non-organic boron compound with concentration in the range of 0.05-0.5 N, or mixture of additives at their total concentration from 0.05 to 2.0 N, and material of positive electrode contains additive of substance that increases overstrain of oxygen release in positive electrode. ^ EFFECT: increase of condenser operation life. ^ 5 cl, 9 dwg |
