Bitterness coated with a water-insoluble polymer-masked donepezil hydrochloride-containing particles are provided to absorb the donepezil hydrochloride and agar in carrier and to prevent effectively a delay of an elution generated by a use of the water-insoluble polymer by reducing a used amount of the water-insoluble polymer. Bitterness-masked donepezil hydrochloride-containing particles include a carrier allowed pharmaceutically, a medicines-containing layer and a coating layer. The medicines-containing layer contains 0.5~5 parts by weight of agar and is absorbed to the carrier. The coating layer is made by coating the 0.05 ~ 0.5 parts by weight of water-insoluble polymer at the medicines-containing layer. The carrier allowed pharmaceutically is fructose, sucrose, xylitol, trehalose, solbitol, maltose, mannitol, erythritol, xylitol, lactitol, maltitol, hard silicon dioxide or their mixture.
