ENTRY AND EXIT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITIES

A system for managing an entrance and a leaving of public facilities is provided to control public facilities users' by using a state of an electronic door lock of a shoes locker. A management server(10) comprises a payment record database(12) which managing service charges by the service identification codes. A plurality of shoes locker is located outside of a public facilities. The electronic shoes locker key(42) having peculiar identification code stores set/reset state by the service use record. A reading device(21) recognizes information of the electronic key and electronic identification card. A settlement terminal(20) comprising peculiar code of the electronic key transmits service charges of an electronic key to the management server, and resets the read electronic key.
