A method for making the fermented soybeans by using the deep sea water of the bottom of the sea deep is provide to produce soybean paste which helps people's health and improves taste. A method for making the fermented soybeans by using the deep sea water comprises the following steps. Soybeans dip for 1-2 days in the deep sea water of the bottom of the sea deep which is deep than the depth of water 300m. Soybeans are boiled in water or are steamed in a rice-cake steamer. The moisture of the boiled bean is removed in the bamboo basket. Fermented soybeans are fermented and made after drying moisture on a straw bag. |
