A grain germination method for livestock industry feed is provided to prevent the livestock industry disease by grain component including antibiotic and antivirus property. A grain germination method for livestock industry feed comprises the following steps of: a step(1) for washing cereal ; a step(2) for filtering after one or more class selected from the group consisting of chrysanthemum morifolium, and the Cornus officinalis and pine needles is mixed and the washed cereal which is obtained from the step(1) is dipped in the extracts in 15~25deg.C for 24~48 hours; a step(3) that germinates the filltered cereal which is obtained from above statement step(2) during 2~4 days in 20~27deg.C on the garlic extract, which is mixed with a garlic and muscovado, with the natural ripening in 15~25deg.C for 15~30 days; a step(4) that inoculates the sprouted cereal with the yeast, and ferments at 30~36deg.C for 36~48 hours; a step(5) for drying the fermentation product obtained from above statement step(4).
