A flap valve (17) is associated to an elastic returning element (20) in a closing position and connected to a piston (23) sling along a central axis (40) in a piloting chamber (21). The connection has different structure, so that the orientation of the bell with respect to the body is totally independent of the pressure equilibrium units and the presence of burging.
