The stabilizer has a rectangular shaped plate (3) comprising orifices and a housing (26) for a ledge. The plate includes a strip (25) introduced in the housing for incorporation in a rack. The strip is provided with fixation lugs (24) to be cooperated with the orifices and includes fixation elements at its back surface. A slide includes two rods on lateral parts of the plate, where the slide receives anchors. The anchors serve as a fixation unit complementary to the plate by sliding on the slide based on an anatomy in a housing drilled in the bone for being screwed and riveted.
