The device has a board (1) provided with thermoformed slots (2), where transparent PVC sheet having identical dimensions of the board is soldered on three sides of the board. The sheet is soldered outside the grooves (3) forming a display format. The board is provided with two mounting brackets (4), where each mounting bracket is provided with locking grooves (5) and perforations (6). Projections formed by the slots are oriented towards the sheet.
