PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorbing member reducing stress applied to a mounting portion under impact. SOLUTION: The impact absorbing member 10A comprises: a pressure receiving wall part 11A pressed under impact; a side wall part 21A formed on one end part side in a direction H intersecting with a longitudinal direction L of the pressure receiving wall part 11A and arranged along the longitudinal direction L and toward the rear side of the pressure receiving wall part 11A; a plurality of longitudinal ribs 31A positioned on an end part side opposite to the one end part side of the pressure receiving wall part 11A where the side wall part 21A is formed, formed toward the rear side of the pressure receiving wall part 11A to intersect with the longitudinal direction L and arranged in the longitudinal direction L to form a line; and flange parts 41A, 51A formed on an end part side opposite to the side wall part 21A and the pressure receiving wall part 11A in the longitudinal ribs 31A.
