PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body floor structure capable of facilitating liquid extraction without lowering rigidity of a floor. SOLUTION: This vehicle body floor structure is furnished with a floor tunnel frame 2 arranged in a center in the vehicle cross direction and extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, side sills 5, 6 arranged left and right of the vehicle body and extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, a plurality of lateral skeletal members to connect the floor tunnel frame 2 and the left and right side sills 5, 6 to each other in the vehicle cross direction (middle cross member 7, front cross member 9, extensions 11, 12, outriggers 13, 14) and floor panels 3, 4 suspended over the floor tunnel frame 2 and the side sills 5, 6. A plurality of lines of concentric circular arc beads 50 with the neighborhood of a fulcrum of the side sills 3, 4 and the lateral skeletal members as their center are provided in roughly rectangular regions S1, S2 of the floor panel 2 surrounded by the floor tunnel frame 2, the side sills 3, 4 and the lateral skeletal members, and a liquid extraction hole 51 is provided on a straight line near a diagonal line of the rectangular regions S1, S2 and orthogonal with the beads 50.
