PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure for a vehicle capable of securing rigidity improvement of a floor panel by a bead and rigidity improvement in lateral collision while facilitating loading of an on-vehicle part even about the floor panel on which the bead is formed. SOLUTION: This floor panel for the vehicle is provided with a plurality of lines of arc beads curved toward a middle cross member 7 from a side sill inner 23 in parallel on a surface of the floor panel 3. An outside bracket 60 is mounted so as to cover a line of the bead 50A in mounting the outside bracket 60 for mounting of the on-vehicle part on the beads 50, and an end part on the side remote from the side sill inner 23 of the outside bracket 60 is placed by straddling over two lines of the beads 50B.
