PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional headrest wherein since a headrest height adjustment is performed by an operation button disappearably mounted on a headrest support, a locking piece secured to the operation button, and cutout parts formed in the locking piece and the headrest stay on one surface side, and a headrest lock/unlock is performed by a lock cutout part formed in the headrest stay on the other surface side, the locking piece of the operation button, and the engagement and disengagement of a tool, its structure is complicated. SOLUTION: This structure comprises headrest supports supported on brackets installed on the seat frame of a vehicle and each having a fitting hole with a head part, a neck part, and a body part, an operation button inserted into an insertion hole and a space part formed in the head part, a slip-off prevention operation plate-spring fitted to the operation button, a height adjusting operation plate-spring, and a headrest stay slip-off preventer or a height adjuster allowing the inner surface end of the height adjusting operation plate to be engaged with and disengaged from the height adjusting cutout of the headrest stay and also allowing the inner surface end of the slip-off prevention operation plate to be engaged with and disengaged from the slip-off prevention cutout.
